The idea for Airsoft Arms began in mid-2002 after months of frustrations dealing with other overseas and US based retailers. At that time, airsoft in the United States seemed more like a black-market prospect instead of a serious, respectable sport. Being constantly frustrated by mis-advertised products, rip-offs and other schemes employed by many of the popular retailers at that time, we felt it would be great to have a retailer that gave truthful and factual information to its customers BEFORE the sale. That type of business ethic was something that was missing from the world of airsoft, and we looked to fill that void.

Airsoft Arms officially opened for business in December of 2002. We started off in a small retail store and warehouse, but soon outgrew it and moved to a new location that was 3 times larger in July of 2003. Then in July of 2004, we tripled our store and warehouse space once again. In March 2005 we opened our second retail location in the Columbus Ohio suburb of Westerville.

Since that time, we have served our customers by giving the most reliable and truthful information available and best customer service possible. We strive for excellence and to only provide products and services that we ourselves are confident in. If a product doesn’t meet our standards, you won’t find it in our inventory!
