Ordering
- How do I place an order?
Orders are accepted online via our secure server (256-bit SSL) 24 hours day.
While browsing our online product catalog, simply click the "Add to Cart" icon
next to the product you wish to purchase. Doing so will place the item into your
virtual shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click on the "Check Out"
button located in your shopping cart. You will then be prompted on how to
continue.
- I’m afraid of ordering online! How secure is your credit card verification?
Our credit card verification are protected by Xramp SSL Secure Commerce. Our
server uses 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting your
personal information, such as customer information, financial services
information and payment information. When asked for your credit card payment
information, you will see a padlock icon, usually located at the bottom of your
browser window, indicating that your are being protected! For more information

and click on the Xramp Secure Site logo!
- How can I pay for my order?
We accept several forms of payment. Once you select "Check Out", you will be
able to select your preferred method of payment. Currently, you may pay with
your Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express), Debit Card,
PayPal or with a Money Order. Please note that we can not accept phone orders if
you are using PayPal or if you plan to send us a Money Order for payment. If you
choose to pay via Money Order, your order will not ship until your payment is
received.
- I am paying with a credit card. When will my credit card be charged?
All orders (even special order/backorders) are authorized and billed immediately upon completion of
the Check Out process. This is done to ensure you are guaranteed your special
order or back-ordered items are received as soon as possible upon delivery into
our warehouse.
- How much is my shipping?
Our website calculates your shipping costs based on the order’s total
dimensional weight and your shipping location. This ensures that you are never
overcharged for shipping. To calculate shipping, simply add the items you wish
to purchase to your shopping cart, and click "check out". Once you provide your
zip code, our site will calculate the shipping costs for you and display your
shipping options.
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
You will only be billed for sales tax if you live in the state of Ohio.
- How is my order processed?
All orders are processed in sequential order upon receipt during normal business
hours. All items on your order are processed for shipping as quickly as
possible. All items that are in stock normally ship within 1-2 business days.
During holidays, times of emergency, bad weather, etc, there may be a delay in
processing your order.
- How will you ship my order?
We ship all orders via UPS unless otherwise noted. We have found that UPS offers
the best solution in shipping quality, traceability, and cost for the majority
of our customer. Please note that orders to Alaska and Hawaii can only ship via
UPS 2nd day or Next Day Air Saver. Also note that UPS does not deliver to post
office boxes. As such, we do not accept orders that contain a P.O.
Box for the shipping address.
- Do you ship internationally?
It is not currently possible for us to ship outside of the United States. We are
sorry, but there are no exceptions.
- Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept Purchase Orders from state and government agencies for all non-airsoft
products. Payment in advance is required for all airsoft product purchases.
Purchase Order requests must exceed $250 Dollars. For larger orders, volume
discounts may be available. To submit a purchase order, please use the following
guidelines:

- PO Reference number
- Billing address, contact person, phone number, and fax number
- Shipping address, contact person, and phone number
- Your Purchase Order terms and conditions, if used

My Account/Orders
- How do I create an account?
Click the "create account" button located in the upper right side of every page. You can also create your account during checkout. Creating an account allows you to track the status of your orders.
- How do I edit my account information?
You must be logged in to edit your account information. To edit your account information, click the "your account" button located in the upper right side of every page. Here you can edit your personal information as well as saved shipping addresses.
- I forgot my password.
- How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your orders by clicking the "your account" button located in the upper right side of every page.
- When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items and special order items are shipped when we receive them from our suppliers. Because many of our products are imported from overseas, it is not always possible to provide a specific ETA.
