- Internet returns will ONLY be accepted after an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number has been issued by us. You may request an RMA number on the order status page under "My Account".
- We will gladly exchange or refund unopened and unused merchandise within 15 days of purchase. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. BBs and Gas are non-returnable.
- Warranty - We warrant all products to be free from factory defects for a period of 15 days from receipt of your purchase. If an item is found to be defective after use within 15 days of purchase, we will replace the item with the same item, or a comparable item if original product is not available. Items that are not in resalable condition or which have been damaged due to improper use do not qualify as defective merchandise and are not eligible for refund or exchange. We are NOT responsible for items damaged by improper assembly or by improper or general use. Please be sure to carefully read any instructions for your purchase and follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for proper use.
- Airsoft Product Return - We accept returns on unopened airsoft products within 15 days of purchase receipt. Airsoft products that have been opened may qualify for a 20% restocking fee (see below). Airsoft products must remain in original factory condition to quality for return or exchange. Orange barrel markings or orange flash hider must be in original unmodified/unremoved state to be eligible for return. Products that have been modified in ANY way are not eligible for return. Airsoft electric guns must be used with the manufacturer prescribed battery. Any internal, external upgrades or modifications, or the use of an upgraded battery back with any airsoft AEG automatically voids the original warranty and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
- All products must be returned in like-new, resalable condition, including all original packaging, documentation and accessories. Items that are missing any items are not eligible for refund. Products that are missing original packaging, documentation or accessories may be eligible for exchange, however your original packaging will be resent to you with the new item. Items that are eligilble for return and have been opened are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Order Cancellation - Orders that are cancelled that contain special order items are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Please note that special order items can take from 2-6 weeks to be delivered, and in some rare cases longer. Please contact us for current availability of an item prior to special ordering if delivery time is an issue.
- Tags must be attached to item.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL on used surplus, consignment items and anything marked closeout.
- All used surplus items sold as is and are not eligible for refund.
- Boots that have been worn/used after purchase cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Clothing that has been worn or laundered may not be returned/exchanged.
- We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time and without notice.
